Alcudiola is a typical countryside villa located on a 30,000 m² estate outside of Santa Margalida in the northeast of the island. It is a beautiful property that reflects the island's long agricultural and animal husbandry traditions.
This is the ideal villa to spend your well-deserved holidays and experience the countryside of Mallorca with your family, friends, or yourself. Its secluded location is just 10 minutes from the famous sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, or Son Serra de Marina. (Mallorca)
The space
Alcudiola boasts a 350 square meter living area, distributed over several levels and suitable for up to 10 guests. This villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - one suite, three double beds, and two single - with Wifi available throughout the property. * Only two bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The property features a large and spacious interior, and various lounge areas, one with a magnificent open fireplace. There is an interior and exterior dining table to choose from!
Top it off with a swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and a children's playground that serves as the main entertaining space for a sunny afternoon surrounded by natural grass.
There is plenty of parking space on the villa's grounds.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for long winter rental prices on request.
Electricity supplement: 25 kWh of electricity included in the price per day. If this limit is exceeded, a charge of € 0.25 kWh is applied according to consumption.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
Smoking is not allowed inside of this property. This property does not accept any kind of parties. No pets allowed. Not adapted for guestswith health conditions or impairments.
