In the heart of Soller, next to the square and the market, although in a very quiet street. The house is decorated with love and comfort with various levels and environments, space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms, the first double bed, the second with bunk beds and the third with two single beds. Equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard and 2 terraces, one of them with views of the church and mountains and the other next to the third room.
Spend your holidays enjoying the house, cooking and dining, relaxing on the different terraces and of course enjoying the wonders of Soller, its port, its mountains, the sunsets, its atmosphere and its people and traditions make us feel very lucky to be able to enjoy this wonderful place.

Dining room, 2 full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, patio, living room with smart tv (netflix), tv / dvd room, dvd collection, record player and some vinyl for the most nostalgic. Equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, panoramic terrace on the first floor, private terrace on the second floor room. Air conditioning in living room and kitchen. Pellet stove on the ground floor with diffusers on the second and third floors, radiators in the three rooms.
Soller is a typical old Mediterranean town, set in a lush valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea. It is famous for its citrus fruits, in the seasonal months all the trees are full to bursting with oranges and Lemons.
There are many cafes, bars and restaurants, Saturday mornings the town is buzzing with the outdoor market. The special antique train runs into Palma from the main square. You can take the wooden tram to the port of Soller with its fabulous waterfront restaurants, beaches and marina.
It is a great base for hiking and cycling, there is a golf course just 15 minutes drive away, and boating and fishing in the port. If you rent a car, parking space is a few minutes walk away from the house. You can also take a taxi from the airport or bus via Plaza España in Palma to Sollér.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
