Mallorca Town House with private pool
Situated on the pretty Mallorcan village of Ariany, within 20 mins drive of the cosmopolitan fishing town of Porto Cristo or Son Serra Marina with their own beaches. (Mallorca)
This charming and family house has been designed for six adults or four adults and two children. The house has 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioned, two with double bed and one with two single beds on one level, a big kitchen connected to the living /dining area with wood burning chimney, a bathroom with bath-shower and toilet and also special shower adapted for person with disabilities. We offer our guests the bed linen and towels for the bathroom.
There is a BBQ on the big patio terrace next to the swimming pool, here you will enjoy the night al fresco. It is the idyllic place for relaxing while you are taking a glass of wine.
Hot and cold air-conditioning is available in the living area and kitchen.The swimming pool, has a massage jet in one corner, and steps so you can easily enter.
A perfect base to explore our beautiful Island with mountains like the Tramuntana for trekking or hiking lovers or cycling, the culture of the villages or discover the beauty of Palma with his monuments and also many beaches and Calas or just chill out by the pool.
Parking is available at the house, with a wheelchair ramp for easy access. We recommend to rent a car at the airport. It is also easy to park on the street out side of the door.
Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 35 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.
The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas.
We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.
Through small daily gestures and changes in our daily habits, we can contribute to a significant change in the ways of a more sustainable and respectful consumption with our planet, just by regulating the temperature of air conditioners approximately heat at 21ºC and and cooling at 23ºC, and by ventilating the house well in the summer mornings.

For cyclists and motorcycle enthusiasts, the house offer a storage space to keep their vehicles and equipments. The island offers an excellent road network with many excursions with great panoramic views.Suitable for Long-term Rentals, winter rentals, hiking and trekking, cycling, golf, mountain climbing or relaxing.
You can drive to the beautiful Porto Cristo beach in less than 20 minutes. The Drach Caves are nearby, drawing lovers of natural beauty from all over the world. The favourite beach with local residents is the one at Son Serra de la Marina, natural and unpretentious, about 15 minutes drive by car. A few miles further takes you to Ca'n Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia where, like the others, has clean, transparent and turquoise water. To the northwest of Ariany, 45 minutes away, is a beautiful Formentor. Palma de Mallorca airport is only 45 minutes drive to the house and directions are provided to reach the property by car.
Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50,00 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be 50€ extra charge.
No pets allowed.
Any parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
