There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds in each. There are two bathrooms (one en suite) with shower.

In addition, there are other bays between Porto Colom and Cala D'Or, one can easily reach by car. The weekly market takes place in Porto Colom on Saturday morning. Here you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, household goods, clothing, souvenirs and art objects.Porto Colom offers fish restaurants, cafes and bars on the front of the port, also shops, supermarkets, boat rentals and much more.
From Palma airport it is just around 1 hour drive with a car. All facilities within walking distance, very central with an advantage of being near to the beach and promenade next to the sea.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everybody's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings are also possible to be taken for all year around, winter month rentals is possible. Long winter rental prices are on request.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
