A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma´s most well-known local beach.
This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town. Its prime location is its main appeal. The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops.
The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining with glass-panelled that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking. There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet.
The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and, a small area with a desk and wardrobe space. The en suite’s bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.

It is a perfect place for holiday which is in the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the city beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view.

1. ACCEPTANCE: Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER: The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT: The system requests a guaranteed payment by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to the banking entity´s acceptance of payment.
4. RESERVATION: The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation with its localization number by email.
5. TOURIST TAX: The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax charged per night of 2,20 € per person/per night older than 16 years of age. (If not already included in the rental price)
6. INFORMATION: All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff and only for the reservation and to communicate with the client regarding future promotions and deals.
7. OCCUPANTS: The Tenant may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property´s characteristics and as per the hired rate.
8. CLEANING: The property shall be made available to the Tenant duly clean. The Tenant commits to leaving the apartment reasonably clean and without rubbish.
9. EQUIPMENT: The Tenant commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
10. MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the Tenant.
11. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Tenant is required to pay a security deposit on arrival to cover any damage caused to the property and/or its contents, if there is an excess of rubbish, and/or if extra cleaning is needed. The deposit is usually charged by a card hold, which is automatically released 25 days after being charged.
12. CANCELLATION: For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the reservation amount shall be returned. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days beforehand, 50% of the total reservation amount shall be returned. For cancellations 30 days or less beforehand, there will be no refund. If the guest does not show up on the date reserved or does not deposit the rent agreed before that date, the sum delivered as the deposit shall be accrued in favor of the Owner as compensation for losses and damages.
13. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Your booking includes an electricity consumption up to a certain amount (depending on the property). If you exceed that amount it will be charged at 0,35€/kw.
14. REGULATIONS: This contract does not apply to the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (article 3.2 of Act 29/1994, 24th November). It is applicable and regulated by the later Tourism Laws of 8/2012 and the regulation of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands Law 20/2015.
15. VACATING THE PROPERTY: If the property is not vacated at the time and date agreed on in this contract we will be forced to proceed to evict by police force as established under the Tourism Law.
16. PENALTY CLAUSE: If the Tenant fails to return the rented property at the end of the agreed seasonal rental period, he/she shall pay the sum of €500,00 for each day’s delay in its return. He/she shall also pay for all direct and indirect expenses, damage, or loss incurred by the Landlord as a result of this delay and the recovery of the property.
17. RESTRICTIONS The contract will be terminated if during the stay the tenant violates any of the following restrictions:
No Pets.
No Smoking.
No Parties (Unless it has been specified on the web that the property allows it).
The accommodations are not adapted for guests with disabilities.
Waste must be removed from the property before departure to avoid a €50 fee.
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 15:00 hrs and check-out on the day of departure at 10:00 hrs. If you need to change your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It is not always possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Check-In & Check-out
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 21:00 hrs, there is a late check-in fee of €50 which can be paid in cash on arrival.
This property has a gas heater (from winter period) with a cost of €10/night which is not included in the reservation price, so it must be paid on the check-in day.

We request information about your flight number and arrival time, as well as the day of departure to plan your reception and departure.
*A compulsory refundable security deposit must be paid to cover any damage to the property. A hold -not charged- is placed on your credit card. *Provided that your travel booking platform didn’t place the hold automatically*
*Remember that the house is rented as self-catering, as a courtesy you will find utensils for the first days of your stay, such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, etc…
Tourist tax
Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands.Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. This tax IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION.
