Welcome to Finca Son Esteve, a breathtaking historic property located in the picturesque town of Andratx in Mallorca. This charming finca offers accommodations for up to 12 guests, combining rustic heritage with comforts to provide the ultimate family vacation experience.
THE SPACE
Bedrooms: 6 spacious bedrooms, including 4 with ensuite bathrooms in the main house. Plus, 2 junior suites each with a double bed and private patios.
Bathrooms: 4 ensuite bathrooms and additional outdoor rain showers in the junior suites.
Living Areas: Multiple lounge areas, including one with an open fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Dining: Indoor dining table and various outdoor dining options, ideal for family meals.
Modern Amenities: Each bedroom features a satellite TV, a hairdryer, and air conditioning/heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to 1,200 square meters of the Finca’s 3,500 square meters of constructed area. The property is placed on 43,000 square meters of land, ensuring plenty of space and privacy.
Outdoor Features
Swimming Pool: Large pool with sun loungers, a chill-out area, Weber gas barbecue, dinner area and an outside fridge.
Gardens: Beautifully landscaped gardens with manicured trees and flowers.
Historic Attractions: Access the well-preserved 500-year-old “Tafona” museum with an original olive press and arrange a visit (upon request) to the 12th-century protected lookout tower.
Other Things to Note
The property includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating in all rooms.
The junior suites feature underfloor heating.
Occasionally, the owners may use part of the property with separate access, ensuring guests' complete privacy.

from start to finish this property ticked all boxes we were a group of 12 and of all ages and the space is perfect .you need a car to explore the area but andraxt old town is 15mins walk .salvador, our host ,was available if needed and easy check in and out ,would def recommend the property .

This is a Wonderfull house! So much space und details in a amazing majorcan style. We had a Wonderfull time. My Highlight was the outdoor-shower ;-)

Wonderful house, beautiful area, fantastic pool, a very friendly and helpful host. We were three families and enjoyed our week in the historical house in October 2019 very much. Every morning we had fresh figs from the garden for breakfast. Only tip for future guests: take protection against mosquitoes with you! Apart from that, look forward to a stay on a unique finca where there is so much to discover.
