This majestic villa for up to 7 guests is in La Mola of Port d’Andratx (Mallorca).
THE SPACE
The property is a three-level house on a 150 square metres built area suitable for families and friend groups.
The ground floor is the perfect setting to cultivate a peaceful mind thanks to the bright floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. It features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a terrace and a safe. t is also connected to a spacious and practical kitchen with integrated appliances.
The lower floor has a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The upper level features the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The sophisticated architecture of this level presents itself with an open space concept. It has direct access to a discreet terrace with a comfortable seating area full of natural light.
The aerial perspective allows guests to enjoy the eye-pleasing views of Port D’Andratx with its azure waters and mountainous landscape.
The outdoor area has several terraces with dining tables, sun loungers, a 25㎡-swimming pool and an outdoor shower.
This property is fully equipped with all the appliances our guests might need. The property has an individual cooling and heating system that offers the perfect temperature. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, BBQ and loungers, a Safe box and an Alarm System throughout the house are also provided.

This house is in an amazing position, would definitely re-book in the future. We were 4 adults and two children and used all four bedrooms. Lots of communal areas. Lovely to meet Salvador on arrival and departure. Really good experience all round.

Solid house with really beautiful views from every room. Some minor fixes to some of the doors and additional amenities like extra towels and toiletries in all bathrooms would have made our stay more comfortable. Port Andratx is a great location and we had a nice stay overall.
