The house of 150 square meters is on three levels, on the main level is a lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling windows looking to the sea, it is also connected to the spacious kitchen with fully equipped with all you need for cooking.
Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (with air conditioning) and a bathroom. On the lower level is the second lounge with doors to the terrace and double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the bedroom doors open onto a terrace with sun loungers. From the lounge area is the fourth bedroom/library with one single beds.
The master bedroom is on the upper level with en suite bathroom, this bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction, the port and mountains to the other side, there are chill out sofas and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful view.
Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and dining table. Enjoy the 25 square meters private pool and an outside shower for cooling off from the Mallorca sun.The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, wifi throughout the villa, a portable gas BBQ, a safe, alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating.

Port d’Andratx is one of Mallorca's most delightful harbours and unspoiled fishing villages set in a truly beautiful location of the west coast of the island. Within the time Port d’Andratx developed its special charm not only because of its natural beauty but also because of its popularity. A refreshing mix of relaxed bustle of the locals, residents and tourists.
The harbour promenade invites you to go for a stroll beside the sea or you can just relax in one of the numerous cafes. To escape from the everyday life and enjoy one of the many exquisite restaurants of an extraordinary quality in Port d’Andratx.
There are 14 fishing trawlers operating out of Port d’Andratx returning at 5pm from Monday to Friday to unload their catch at the local harbour side fish market.
The town is situated in the south west of the Island 25 minutes by an excellent road and motorway from the capital city of Palma and 35 minutes from the International airport.
Close by is the traditional old village of Andratx with winery bodega and Wednesday market. Camp de Mar is a summer resort with a sandy beach and St Elm is a small fishing village with a beautiful beach and its excellent seafood restaurants and beautiful views of the Dragonera island national park where you can go for a day trip. Cala Llamp has a famous beach club and restaurant.
Mallorca has many golf clubs one of the most famous courses of the island is in the town of Camp de Mar located a short drive away.
Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
There is a safe in the property, also there is an alarm system.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
This house has heating by diesel, paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre not included in the booking price that has to be paid on the check out day.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
