Situated in the north east of the Island in the beautiful area of Font de Sa Cala close to Cala Ratjada. Certainly one of the best areas of Mallorca. Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this well equipped home with sea views.
Enter to the main house with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, a lovely lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The extension of the house is joined by a covered terrace. Upstairs here you will find a bedroom and bathroom, on the floor below is an open plan lounge dining and kitchen with large glass doors that fully open onto the terrace with sun loungers to enjoy days relaxing in the sun with those wonderful sea views.
There are many options for outdoor living and chill out areas amongst the landscaped gardens. Enjoy the swimming pool with decked area and sun loungers, the heated jacuzzi and landscaped terraces that lead down to the sea, on the way you will find secret seating areas and a hammock amongst the trees, a table and chairs for eating and drinking right next to the water.
The residence has been built so that every room has magnificent vistas. The south side of the house has a covered seating area, a perfect place to sit in the shade, or have sundowner drinks.
The house is tastefully decorated with a lot of charm, fabulous art and interior decoration. There are many memories and colours of the ocean,
It is equipped with hot/cold airconditioning, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, outside Jacuzzi/hot tub, and German satellite TV.
It is only five minutes walk to the beach, but who wants to go out when you have these stunning views.

Cala Provensals is a private residential enclave, nearby is a small beach Font de Sa Cala, local supermarket, bakery and restaurants.The livelier commercial area of Cala Ratjada or the more original village of Capdepera with its medieval castle, or Artá, which are 3-5 kilometres drive away. Cala Ratjada has a beautiful walkway around an active fishing and boating harbour, here you can find nightlife. There are many elegant restaurants in the local villages, including a Michelin star in Capdepera.
For sports enthusiasts there are tennis clubs, water sports and the golf courses of Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula, Son Servera are all close by.
From Palma de Mallorca airport, about 60 minutes drive by car.
Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travellers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
