The house has three floors:
On the first level is the open plan dining and living room, with glass doors that flood the area with light and open onto the balcony; there is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for home cooking; a bedroom with traditional double bed: and toilet.
The next level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with large double bed and desk, there is a dressing area and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
Go up another level to the third huge bedroom with two single beds, seating area, table and chairs with views to the sea, there is also a bathroom with walk in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this townhouse gives you a comfortable feeling away from home. (Mallorca)

Perfect spot in the historical centre of Palma. On one side you have the trendy fishing village of Portixol, with seaside restaurants and bars, just a short walk away. And on the other side you have the city centre, the Cathedral, etc.
Throughout the year Palma offers many fiestas and celebrations, art nights, fairs, and live music events. It also hosts international sailing events. You have easy access to the other Balearic Islands by the ferry.
Other attractions include the historic train that travels to the village of Soller through the beautiful countryside, the Palma Aquarium, 'Es Baluard' contemporary art museum, lively neighbourhoods of Santa Catalina and La Lonja, and the streets of Jaime II and Borne for shopping trips.
Flexible changeover day, arrival is from 15h and departure is at 10h. We work hard to accommodate everyone’s needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damage caused to the property and/or the content.
The heating of this property is by gas, the cost is 10 euros per night, this is not included in the booking price.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 23h.
All rubbish must be removed from the house before you leave on the check-out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
No pets allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
