ABOUT THE ACCOMODATION
A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma's most well-known local beach.(Mallorca)
This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town. Its prime location is its main appeal. The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops.
THE SPACE
Each level is designed to cater to our guests’ every need. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining distribution embellished by glass-panelled doors that flood the area with natural sunlight and a small balcony to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking. There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a small WC.
The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and, a small area with a desk and wardrobe space. The suite’s bathroom has a spacious bath.
The third level is a large bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.

The house is is a perfect location within the old city walls , very close to the airport bus stop ( and bus stop to the main station) and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and lovely sandy beach.( yes I swam in the sea on 30th December).The house is spacious ( with a big dining table so we ate supper in most nights)for 5 or 6 people but the lighting could be better.

L’host che ci ha accolti è stata molto cordiale, e la casa è potenzialmente molto bella . Unica pecca è stata la doccia del terzo piano che è stata inagibile per tre giorni, ma il tutto è stato sistemato. La posizione è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere mezzi per spiagge più lontane e molto belle. La casa è a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro, dove si trovano i locali,

This was perfect for 6 of us staying as a family, only difficulty was parking our hired car which we had yto have as one member was on crutches. Would highly recommend this to others.
