THE SPACE
This townhouse has a 110 ㎡ measuring area and is just 200m from the beach. It’s the perfect holiday residence to enjoy tranquil days in a small seaside town.
The property consists of two well-distributed levels and a 70㎡-roof terrace. It has 3 bedrooms. The main dormitory comes with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom
and a shower. The second one also has a double bed and a shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds.
Every detail was designed with comfort in mind and most amenities are available: TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, and a baby cot upon request.
We are proud to provide sustainable and comfortable properties. The property has an individual cooling and heating system that offers the perfect temperature.

Beach area beautiful lots of cafes restaurants excellent location, check in very easy was met at appartment actual appartment would benefit a deep clean in bathrooms and resident neighbour very noisy at times especially in the night shouting otherwise no problem

Es una casa amplia y bastante limpia que cuenta con casi todo lo que se necesita para tener una estancia cómoda, la zona es muy tranquila.

Alles hat super gepasst, sehr zentrale Lage, der Strand war direkt bei uns. Abends kann man direkt einen Spaziergang am Strand machen. Gute Restaurants gabs in der nähe.
