The holiday villa is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy your own little Paradise. It is located in the quiet and coastal residential area of Son Serra de Marina only 2 minutes from the sea.
This villa has a great family atmosphere with various outside areas and garden. The front porch has lovely sea views.It is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure the most pleasant stay. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 twin beds together, living room, bathroom, kitchen and terraces around the house, to enjoy the sunny days. It has air-conditioning in living-dining room and extra fans in the bedrooms.
For your alfresco nights there is a barbeque on one of the outside patios, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea flowers.
Satellite TV with free channels (German and English) and free wifi. Parking space at the house.
Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 35 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.
The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas.

Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. It has a beautiful natural sandy beach which is part of the protected natural park with crystalline clear waters to enjoy swimming.
It will takes you less than 2 minutes to enjoy this special sandy beach, Start the morning with a walk along the sand listening to the sound of the sea and of course, take the first dip of the day.
In the area you will find a few great restaurants and cafes, as well as the typical Spanish tapas bar. The supermarket is conveniently located a short distance from the villa.
Many beaches and Calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.
You will be able to practice paddle surf; you can rent a board or kayak, and depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.
A 10 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort where you'll find leisure, nightlife, shopping facilities and much more.
From Palma de Mallorca airport, it’s around 50-60 minutes’ drive by car.

If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travellers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21:00 and 23:00, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
