The elegant house Son Enseñat of 550 square meters sleeps 12 people in 7 bedrooms. It is on 70,000 square meters of land with terraces and mature gardens filled with trees, plants and flowers.

The outdoor areas are a highlight of this house, various terraces and dining areas and its modern large swimming pool. Balinese beds for soaking up the sun and seating areas that allow guests to enjoy the day under the sun or shade.

There is a summer kitchen and dining area under a covered terrace for enjoying eating and drinking both days and nights.

The house is bright and spacious and has a wonderful mix of old and new decors to keep the tradition of the house but with modern comforts. The lounge with comfortable sofas and TV, an elegant dining area next to the big fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is on three levels with 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms plus a guest toilet, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, Ideal for family vacations or group of friends.

On the ground floor is the main hallway, lounge, dining, kitchen and guest toilet. The master bedroom, dressing area and ensuite bathroom are also on this level.
The dining and kitchen areas have direct access onto the swimming pool and terraces. The first floor has 3 bedrooms ensuite with twin beds. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, the other 2 with large double and smaller double bed which share a bathroom.

The house is fully air conditioned which can be reversed to heat for the cooler months, and has wifi throughout.

*A compulsory refundable security deposit must be paid to cover any damage to the property.

*Your reservation price includes + per kWh consumed. An additional charge of €0.35 per kWh consumed is added according to the exceeding consumption red by the meter. This reading is done upon arrival and on the day of your departure.

*Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
