Historic Finca in Mallorca with Pool for 12 Guests

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Car hire was essential Loved the history behind the building. The Mallorcan people without exception were friendly helpful and engaging - and we spoke no Spanish!

The house is described as “entire house” and “completely private”. It does also say in the info that the owners can occasionally use part of the house but that it’s all completely separate. In fact the area they stay/live is the top two floors. You can hear them (although they were not loud) and we saw them a few times. It didn’t massively hinder our stay but the listing - and pics - are very misleading. The cabana area by the pool was also old and not a nice place to hang out. Looked very little like the glossy pictures. As is reflected in the pictures the house is very old as are many of the amenities. But most things seemed to work ok and if we had issues they were very responsive in coming to fix. Great pool area although not enough shade.

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, ideal para grupos grandes. En nuestro caso, se trata de un antiguo hotel adaptado para alquiler, por lo que los espacios sociales son grandes y funcionales, perfectos para compartir en familia. Durante la estancia tuvimos algunos inconvenientes, pero lo positivo es que el equipo de administración respondió rápido y siempre estuvo dispuesto a resolverlos lo antes posible. En general, la experiencia fue buena. Es un lugar con potencial y con un equipo atento, aunque hay detalles que podrían mejorar para que la experiencia sea realmente excelente.

Incredible Villa - lots of space so never felt crowded. Pool was perfect and the privacy was also a bonus with the location. The local Village was a circa 5 minute walk for the local shops, small bars/restaurants but also 10 minute taxi to the Port as well as easy access to other areas like Portals and Palma. 10/10!
