We had a great stay in the property. The house was easy to find and in a great location, easy to walk along the city walls to the cathedral and centre. There are plenty of fans available in each room to help with the heat, and the kitchen was very well equipped for a self catering stay. Would absolutely recommend this as a base for a visit to Palma

Zentrale Lage, viel Platz Positive: Die Lage ist wirklich super! Das Haus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig! Sogar der Strand ist in der Nähe Negative: Mobiliar könnte teilweise erneuert werden

Excellent location Clean 3 bedrooms are on 3 different floors. Stairs are strap,would not recommend to people with mobility issues, one problems etc. hard for carrying heavy suitcases No air conditioning made it very hot including overnight (we were there in early June) The host is very responsive. Overall, I would return

Nice house which could use some slight updates, for example a new unstained kitchen sink or a better working shower head in the two main bathrooms. We also wished to have a quicker response time when talking to the host, as some problems we had to fix ourselves or let be as we did not receive a prompt reply. The house is a 15 min walk from the city centre which is very comfortable, however sometimes at night the area didn’t feel super safe for younger people.
